Since the limitation of ADSL broadband network which provide less connections

and lag frequently while uploading, our team have made the decision to close

the FTP service, and will restart it when our ADSL become FTTB.

The application of FTTB have been submitted to Chunghwa telecom,

hope that they won't take lots of time to do this upgrade.
